Objectives
Imparting advanced skills in area of sustainable food production, processing and cooking- soil quality assessment, germplasm procurement, IOT based automation, tools to improve efficiency, continuing education, certification. Sustainable processing and sustainable storage, to avoid food wastage. Cooking oil- Production, Processing and Re-use. Solar cooking based community kitchens- equipment operation skills. Community kitchen automation for health, hygiene and skill development.
Promoting spirit of brotherhood, sharing and caring- Jail staff becomes part of their extended family, compensating for broken family ties and facilitating reformation and healing in a conducive manner.
Promoting mental wellness and anger management- in prisoners by connecting them to nature and channelling their physical and mental energy in positive direction.
